By applying for, accepting, or using any credit products from GTM Funding LLC, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Consumer Credit Products

A. Lines of Credit – Open-end revolving lines with interest on outstanding balances.
GTM Funding LLC may offer open-ended lines of credit with pre-approved limits. Advances can be drawn up to the available credit limit. Interest accrues on outstanding balances based on the terms outlined in your credit agreement.

B. Installment Loans – Fixed-term, fixed-rate loans with disclosed repayment schedules.
GTM Funding LLC may offer fixed-term, fixed-rate installment loans. The repayment schedule, interest rate, and fees will be disclosed in your loan agreement at the time of approval.

2. Business Credit Products

A. Business Lines of Credit – Flexible revolving credit for working capital.
GTM Funding LLC may offer open-ended lines of credit with pre-approved limits. Advances can be drawn up to the available credit limit. Interest accrues on outstanding balances based on the terms outlined in your credit agreement.

B. Business Installment Loans – Fixed-rate loans for expansion and growth.
GTM Funding LLC may offer fixed-term, fixed-rate installment loans. The repayment schedule, interest rate, and fees will be disclosed in your loan agreement at the time of approval.

C. Equipment & Asset Financing – Collateralized loans for vehicles, technology, and machinery.

D. Invoice Financing – Unlock cash tied up in receivables.

E. Merchant Cash Advances – Capital provided against future sales.

3. Lease Products

Equipment Leases – Monthly payments, lessee obligations for insurance and maintenance, and options to return, renew, or purchase at lease-end.

4. Specialty Consumer Financing

A. Auto Financing – Loans for new and used vehicles.
B. Recreational Vehicle Financing – Financing for RVs, boats, ATVs, and more.
C. Educational Course Financing – Loans for vocational training and certifications.
D. Beauty & Enhancement Financing – Cosmetic and wellness financing.
E. Tools & Equipment Financing – Loans for personal or business equipment.
F. Home Improvement Financing – Financing for renovations, appliances, and repairs.

5. Borrower Obligations

Repayment of principal, interest, and fees as agreed.
Notification of any changes in personal, business, or financial information.
Funds may not be used for unlawful purposes.

6. Compliance

Consumer credit complies with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Business credit complies with applicable state disclosure laws (e.g., CA SB 1235, NY Disclosure).
The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) applies to all products.
Licensure requirements apply in certain states.

7. Credit Reporting & FCRA

We may report to credit bureaus.
Permissible Purpose: We may report information about your account(s) to credit bureaus in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681–1681x, and its implementing regulations, including Regulation V.

Accuracy: We maintain reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of information contained in your credit report.

Notification: If we report negative information about your account, we will notify you within a reasonable time frame.

Right to Dispute: You have the right to dispute any inaccurate information reported by us to credit bureaus.

Investigation: Upon receiving a dispute, we will investigate the matter and report results to the credit reporting agency within the required timeframes.

Correction: If the information is found to be inaccurate, we will correct it promptly.

8. Dispute Resolution

Include your name, account number, details of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.
We will investigate your dispute in accordance with the FCRA and respond within the required timeframe, typically within 30 days of receipt.

9. Fees & Interest

All applicable fees, interest rates, origination charges, and penalties will be disclosed in your individual credit agreement.
These terms are subject to change in accordance with applicable laws and required notice provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

GTM Funding LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be communicated in writing or electronically, with the effective date of the change clearly stated.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Customer Acknowledgment

By using GTM Funding LLC’s credit products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
